Nordstrom Anniversary Sale: Fall Staples

TGIF, friends!! As most of you know (but some may not), the annual Nordstrom Anniversary Sale kicked off yesterday for cardholders and y’all… the sale is so good! Every year all the upcoming fall merchandise goes on sale before the season starts so you can stock up on all the essentials and when the weather cools down, you’ll already have lots of fun new pieces to wear. Today I’m sharing just a few of my picks for the sale that I consider fall staples. I will be sharing a few more posts over the next two weeks as the sale goes live to the public next Friday, July 21st. Things may sell out, but most will slowly be restocked as the inventory gets updated/items get returned. Prices go up August 7th so go ahead and treat yourself to some fun new goodies for fall… you deserve it!

1. Kenneth Cole Faux Fur Coat | Sale: $89.90, After Sale: $150.00
I’m a sucker for faux fur and this coat looks so comfy and cozy without being over the top. I didn’t get this in my first order but… may have to scoop it up!

2. Chelsea28 Faux Leather Embellished Tote | Sale: $78.90, After Sale: $119.00
If you’re looking for a new fall bag but not wanting to shell out lots of $$$, I would suggest checking out this laser-cute tote. It comes in 3 different colors and an attachable zip-up pouch (the burgundy hue is my favorite)!

3. Marc Fisher Over the Knee Boots | Sale: $149.90, After Sale: $228.95
OTK boots were everywhere last year and I kind of can’t wait to bust mine out again (not that I’m wishing away summer or anything). I pretty much love anything by Marc Fisher and these easily elevate any outfit.

4. Rebecca Minkoff Crossbody Bag | Sale: $149.90, After Sale: $225.00
Olive is the perfect neutral for fall and I loveeee this bag (and it’s currently waiting for me at our Nordstrom). It also comes in a lavender color and is a great hands-free bag that will get tons of use this season.

5. Halogen Calf Hair Slides | Sale: $59.90, After Sale: $89.95
I must admit, I was a little hesitant about the mule/slide trend at first but after getting my Dolce Vita espadrilles I was sold. I mean, you can’t beat the ease of a slip-on. Can’t wait to wear these all fall long!

6. BP Multi Stripe Scarf | Sale: $15.90, After Sale: $25.00
I usually opt to get a thick blanket scarf but I’m loving the colors in this lighter-weight fringe scarf (also comes in an ivory version and is SO affordable).

7. Cold Shoulder Tie-Sleeve Sweatshirt | Sale: $45.90, After Sale: $69.00
Safe to say the cold shoulder trend is sticking around through fall and I’m loving the fun sleeves of this sweatshirt. It comes in 6 colors and would look perfect with a pair of riding boots.

8. BaubleBar Mini Metallic Piñata Earrings | Sale: $27.90, After Sale: $42.00
These rose gold sparklers are the perfect accessory for any fall outfit. I originally had a pair of the regular piñatas and they really weighed down my earlobes so I’m glad BaubleBar made a mini version!

9. Vince Camuto Split Shaft Booties | Sale: $99.90, After Sale: $149.95
I can’t say enough good things about Vince Camuto shoes- I have several pairs and they are some of the most comfortable shoes I own. These booties come in taupe and grey and may be the cutest ones in the entire sale. And they’re under $100!!
