Hi, friends! Okay, so the weather is finally cooling down here in the Carolinas (yay!) and there is only one week left in my favorite month of the year… how is that even possible?? In today’s post, I’m sharing a casual fall look featuring my newest flats from Tieks. Spoiler alert: they’re pink and I love them!

You may or may not have heard of Tieks, but they are ballet flats that are handmade in Italy and known for their comfort and flexibility. The unique thing about these flats is that they have a split-sole which makes them more flexible when you walk. That flexibility also allows them to fold up, making them perfect for travel.
They come in leather, patent leather, solids and fun prints- I had to go with the classic ballerina pink! First of all, the packaging was pretty impressive. My shoes arrived folded up inside the signature turquoise box with a decorative flower on top. Each pair comes with a little travel pouch so you can carry them on the go.
I waited a while to share a review of my Tieks because I wanted to wear them for a bit so I could get a better feel for the fit. For some, they’re comfortable right out of the box but for me they needed a little breaking in. By now, I’ve worn them about 10 times and they are more comfortable each time I wear them. They have a cushioned back as opposed to elastic, so you won’t find them digging into the back of your ankles. The soles definitely give you a little more support than some other flats out there (and how cute is that pop of turquoise?).
Tieks only come in whole sizes so I sized up from my typical 6.5 to a 7. Let me also mention that you can only buy Tieks exclusively from their online site. I could understand that finding the right size may be a bit daunting when you can’t physically try on the shoe, but you can rest assured because they offer free shipping both ways and have an excellent return policy so you can find the perfect fit! I’ve had my eye on Tieks for a while but just never bit the bullet. I think if I did, I’d get this color or the camel brown color since it would go with so many things!
I have always wondered if these shoes lived up to the hype! They sure a cute!
I just bought my first pair a month ago and was so skeptical. I now own three more pair, one of them being these cute ballet pink ones. They really do live up to the hype and are extremely comfortable. When i first got them they were a little uncomfortable but after about a week of molding to my foot and straightening out from their folded position I can’t remember them ever being uncomfortable.
I really need to invest in a pair of Tieks…I hear so many wonderful things about them and how comfortable they are. I love that they come in a variety of colors — but these pink ones are darling!

You got me with the cushioned back part! That’s the primary reason I stray from wearing flats – the elastic backs (or sometimes hard leather or plastic) are so uncomfortable. I keep hearing amazing things about Tieks. I gotta try them out sometime. They’d be great to take with me to shoots – wearing them in between painful pairs of heels!
Now this is my kind of outfit! Love how the colors of the shirt tie into the shoes! So beautiful!

I wear my Tieks to work nearly every day! I don’t know what I’d do without them 🙂 I have four pairs: Chestnut, Leopard, Fuchsia, and Feather Grey.
How in the world can you afford so many pair? The less expensive are over $100. Would love them.

I’ve been wanting to try these. I took a pair of TB flats to NYC this week (as my only pair of non-heels…. stupid) and my feet are still mad at me. I’m glad to hear that you think Tieks are worth the investment. I’ve never heard anything about them – just people asking if they are worth it!
Tieks are the BEST! Definitely an investment piece but so worth it! They are so incredibly comfortable.

I’ve been dying to try these for work! I usually wear Danskos or TB flats and my flats leave me limping by the end of the day!
Well girls, I’ve been looking at these shoes for months and reading all the wonderful comments about how comfy they are so I finely broke down and bought a pair of red ones. The company recommends that if you wear a size and a half you should get the smaller size, so that’s what I did. What a poor recommendation . I should think they would tell you to get that half size larger. I must say the exchange was painless and took place with in a few days. So here I am with a size 7 and unfortunately, even after wearing these cute shoes for days, they are killing my feet. The elastic across the top is too tight over my toes and the toe box is too small to be comfortable. Needless to say these shoes don’t work for me

I just got my first pair and am SO DISSAPOINTED!! For the amount of money they are, they arent very comfortable! Ive worn mine 3 times, trying to break them in. So now they wont let me return them.bc theyve been worn! Ridiculous! I will write a review everywhere i can!
The best flats I’ve ever owned!!! Well worth the splurge, your feet will thank you especially if your on them all day. Fold up nicely too, so if you have to wear heels you can keep them in your purse and put them on at the end of the day. Love! Love! Love!
