Happy humpday, friends! This week has been busy with work since I’m taking a long weekend off and heading to Savannah for a bachelorette party (can’t wait)! I feel like this summer has been a whirlwind and today I’m sharing 5 things I have been loving this season.

5 THINGS I’M LOVING THIS SUMMER
ONE | White Canvas Tennies
I have never been a Converse girl but am so glad I’ve found my own version of white canvas sneakers. I have been wearing these ALL summer long- I think they look super cute with shorts, jeans and dresses alike. Every girl needs a pair of these in her closet!
TWO | Avocado Quinoa Power Bowl
Ryan & I ordered this dish at a restaurant in Banff and have recreated it twice so far and it’s SO good & healthy too! It’s a great meal for summer and fall and super easy to make. It’s a combination of: quinoa, avocado, beets, roasted squash, chickpeas, and shrimp (or whatever protein you want).
THREE | St. Tropez Self Tanner
Long gone are the days where I would lay by the pool all summer getting tan AF. Not only does my job/life not allow for this but I’ve also become smarter about my sun exposure so I lather on the SPF whenever I’m outside. The St. Tropez bronzing mousse has saved me this summer and helped me feel better while wearing shorts and dresses. It’s super easy to apply and I have been using the dark color for summer time.
FOUR | The Handmaid’s Tale
I know I’m a little behind on this one, but I just finished season one of this show and it’s SO good. If you have Hulu, this one is a must-watch. My friend Lindsay described it as “pregnant Hunger Games” and she is totally right. The show is so twisted and keeps you guessing what’s going to happen next.
FIVE | Jackbox Games
If you love game nights or are looking for a new way to entertain your friends, then I would highly recommend to check out Jackbox Games. They are hilarious party games that you can play on your Apple TV, Amazon Fire Stick, Xbox or PlayStation. The awesome thing is you don’t need any controllers, everyone plays on their phone while the game is up on the tv. Our favorites are Drawful, Quiplash and Trivia Murder Party. We have had several friends over to play these and everyone loves it!
St. Tropez is one of my fave self tanners too! And that avocado power bowls sound sooo yum!

OH my gosh YES The Handmaid’s Tale!! I am counting down the days until it returns! So good!
My fiancé and I LOVE Jackbox! It’s so much fun for group gatherings. We play it almost every time we have friends over. It definitely brings a lot of laughter into the atmosphere. And girl, can I just say how much I adore that blouse?! You look stunning!! Also majorly wishing I had a pair of white Converse right about now. I could use some of that comfort and ease in my life!
