Alright y’all. This girl is headed to Las Vegas in TWO days and I can barely contain my excitement!!! I have been to a few bachelorette parties but my time to wear the sash & veil has finally come. This weekend has been in the making for over a year and I’m thrilled that my first time in Sin City will be with 6 of my best girlfriends.
I hate loathe packing, but if I must, I can deal when it comes to going somewhere fun. I’m a Vegas newbie but from what I hear, this is the place where anything goes and I know we can count on some good people-watching. I’m going to do my best to NOT overpack but let’s be honest, I like to be prepared. A few essentials to bring on my trip are a hot pink dress (obsessed with the cutout on this one), bright jewelry, fun sunglasses, and a pretty cover-up for the pool. Basically lots and lots of pink!
I am so ready for some sunshine and warm weather so I’ll definitely bring a cute suit for the pool scene along with wedges- I hear people get pretty fancy at the pools so we’ll see. And speaking of the pool, I have recently discovered a fun little sunscreen I can’t wait to try. My office also has a skincare store (pretty awesome, I know) and I just picked up this Colorescience Sunforgettable mineral sunscreen brush. It provides a little bit of coverage while easily protecting your skin with SPF because what’s easier than brushing on a powder? Say no to wrinkles, folks!
My MOH instructed me to get lots of sleep this week because there probably won’t be much of that going on this weekend. We have a super early flight on Friday but I cannot wait for lots of girl time, fruity drinks, and my last fling before the ring. Hard to believe this is really happening!
