We only have 6 days until Christmas, y’all! I’m excited to team up with some awesome bloggers today and share some delicious cookie recipes with you guys. Well… mine’s technically not a cookie, but it’s equally as tasty. My idea of baking is breaking apart some Tollhouse cookies and waiting 11 minutes for the oven to ding so… today I’m sharing a recipe that requires absolutely NO baking! These White Chocolate Oreo Balls are super easy to make and even more delicious and make sure to scroll to the bottom of the post for the next recipe!
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED:
1 container of Oreos
1 block of cream cheese
3-4 boxes of Baker’s white chocolate
Crushed peppermint and/or sprinkles
DIRECTIONS:
1. Crush up Oreos or use a blender to grind into a powder (the Ninja works wonders!)
2. Combine Oreo powder with cream cheese and mix until you have a doughy consistency
3. Roll mix into balls and place on wax paper
4. Place in fridge to cool for a few minutes
5. Coat the balls with melted white chocolate
(I’ve found heating the chocolate in the microwave works better than stovetop)
6. Top with some crushed up peppermint or sprinkles
7. Let cool in fridge… and you’re ready to eat!
