Cozy Fall Y’all


Hello, friends and TGIF!! In case you didn’t happen to see my Instagram post on Wednesday, I was super excited to be featured on Southern Weddings. All the praise hands emojis for this one!! Their blog is one of my favorite sources for wedding inspiration and of course I jumped at the chance when they asked me to style their “Love Never Fails” tee in a cozy way for fall. You can find it online in the Southern Weddings Shop. 

These photos were taken on a grey, dreary day but you can still see how beautiful the foliage is around Charlotte. I absolutely love it!! I still can’t believe that October is almost over and I have yet to watch Hocus Pocus… what is wrong with me?!? Anyways… back to the outfit. I paired the tee with this plaid open-front cardigan, jeans, and my trusty Frye boots– all things that will be on repeat this fall. Y’all know I’m all about the cozy, drapey sweaters for fall and Target hit the nail on the head with this one. It’s so soft, comes in 3 colors, and is under $30. I love it so much that the green one is on its way to me right now!

I’ve been in the classroom all week reviewing for the boards and today is our last day. This week I’ve also been sized for my long white coat (the legit white coat) and bought my cap and gown for graduation. It’s all becoming so real! I hope everyone has a fun and safe Halloween weekend and I’ll see y’all in November!
