It’s fall, y’all! One of my favorite things about fall & winter is decorating for the holidays. Although I don’t have quite as many fall decorations and didn’t go overboard like I did for Christmas last year (see this post for proof), I love to add a few cozy touches here and there to switch it up for the season. Today I’m sharing a few easy ways how you can incorporate touches of fall in your home! Ps. All sources are listed below each photo.
One of the easiest and most inexpensive things you can pick up for your home is a new kitchen towel. You can go with a classic printed towel or one with a catchy slogan- I had to go with the pumpkin spice! This is a fun way to show a little personality in the kitchen and can totally be a conversation piece!

Throw pillows and blankets are easy items to switch out between the seasons. Target & HomeGoods are my go-to places for picking up seasonal decor and I thought this cable knit pillow was the perfect cozy touch for our living room. I also swapped out our blush throw for a neutral one that can easily transition into Christmas as well.

It’s not fall without a scented candle burning, am I right?! The ‘leaves’ scent from Bath & Body Works has been a favorite of mine for years and I love the new gold packaging. Your coffee table (in our case, ottoman) is also a great place to throw in some festive decor. I simply switched out my coffee table books and added a gold pumpkin. Can one really have too many pumpkins?? I think not!

When it comes to centerpieces, you can go big or choose to keep it simple. Last year I went with a berry garland which I used for Thanksgiving, but this year I wanted an easier “one and done” piece that I could keep on the table all season. First, I started with a festive orange table runner and then picked up this centerpiece from HomeGoods- I love the neutral tones and that it can be used all season long.
You don’t have to spend a ton of money or go overboard on decorations, but it’s always fun to add a few new decorative items to get in the holiday spirit. Next year I may just have to get some Halloween decorations too! Thanks for reading and hope y’all have a fabulous week!
