Last Wedding Weekend of 2016

Happy Halloween!! This is one of my favorite holidays, always has been, but instead of dressing up in a crazy costume this year I was celebrating the wedding of one of my best friends. But just for the record if I did dress up, I would’ve gone as Eleven from Stranger Things. Anyways, it couldn’t have been a better weekend for a fall wedding… especially at the end of October. It was 80 degrees, y’all! The day was perfect and I was so excited to be a part of it with Logan & Kevin. Cheers to another couple to join the married club! 



The wedding festivities started at Friday’s rehearsal dinner at Aria Tuscan Grill. The next morning, all of us girls got ready at the Ritz-Carlton with hair, makeup, snacks, and lots of bubbly. Logan gave us the softest pajamas that were perfect for lounging (because you know wedding prep is an event in itself).


After we were all beautified and ready to go, the bride & groom had their first look outside while the rest of the bridal party hung out at the venue (and took plenty pictures of our own!). And can we talk about the flowers?! They were absolutely gorgeous and I was obsessed with all of the oversized blooms. Swoon!

The Charlotte City Club is a beautiful venue and all of the decor was perfect for a fall wedding. And you might remember from Instagram that I said my wedding mirror would be making another appearance and so it did. The lush garland was the perfect finishing touch!

After the ceremony, all of us mingled at cocktail hour and then had a delicious dinner. After that, all of us were on the dance floor ALL.NIGHT.LONG. And I’m sure you already know this if you follow me on Snapchat (khendley). Way too many wedding posts but I wouldn’t have it any other way!
This has been a busy year of weddings and I have to say I’m pretty sad that we don’t have any on our schedule for next year. Still plenty of time to change that though! Excited to have two more friends to join the married club- they were a stunning bride and groom, don’t you think? Congratulations to the happy couple!!
