Hi friends! Today I wanted to tell you about my super cute new phone case from Kidogo Kidogo. This translates to “little by little” in Swahili, and the company was created by two sisters with the aim of lifting the financial barrier preventing women in Tanzania from having access to life changing mobile-technology.
Like Toms Shoes or Warby Parker, their business model is one-for-one. For every phone case purchased, a woman in Tanzania receives a mobile phone. The number one reason preventing them from ownership is the initial cost of a mobile handset. These phones are not only a way to communicate with friends and family, but also also serve as a flashlight, watch, calculator, camera and radio. I wore this outfit the other weekend in Charlotte when it got quite chilly out. I recently got this tunic from Rosegal and I would definitely say it’s a little outside the box for me but I loved mixing it up with a different look. It’s so flowy and cozy, perfect to throw on with a pair of skinnies in the fall. The online store has a ton of cute and affordable sweaters and free shipping is always included! I also added my beloved faux fur scarf for extra warmth. It may be my favorite fall accessory- it’s incredibly soft and extra cozy.
