Spring is in the air!! Well… not quite yet but these pink trees are blooming all over Charlotte and definitely have me wishing for warmer weather. We had a pretty low key weekend and I was just soaking up all the time I could with the hubs before he leaves for a long work trip. We pretty much had sports on our TV the entire weekend, both the NBA All-Star game and the olympics. My favorite things so far have been the slopestyle skiing/snowboarding, skiing aerials, short track speed skating and of course figure skating- I actually prefer the winter olympics to the summer (gymnastics is still #1 though)! Today I’m sharing an easy look to transition from winter to spring- the weather has been so up and down but I know I can’t put away my sweaters just yet!
I’m loving this cowl neck sweater because it’s so soft, has super cute stitching and split hem details and is tunic length so you can wear it with leggings. I’m wearing a US4 for reference. Yes it’s still cold outside but I’m pretty much over the dark colors of fall and winter, aren’t y’all? The light grey pairs perfectly with white skinny jeans and grey boots or booties, making this an easy outfit for transitioning into spring. And I swear by these jeans– they are so flattering and have just the right amount of stretch (and only $64). Oh, and they’re not see through like some white jeans can be, amen to that!
Believe it or not, it’s supposed to be in the high 70s in Charlotte this week- the weather just won’t make up its mind! I’m just over here counting down the days until our tropical vacation. When Ryan is gone, I plan on hitting the workout classes extra hard, gotta get this bod bikini ready!!
