Happy Monday y’all! I got back from Savannah yesterday and my friend’s bachelorette party was a success- the weather was great and we had so much fun. I happened to get a few more days off this week and I’m so excited for my PA school roomie to come visit for the next 2 days. It’s just a fun girls week all around! If you happen to follow any Charlotte blogger, then you may have seen that there is a cute new ice cream shop in town and it’s totally #Insta-worthy so I thought it would be fun to share a few photos with y’all!

Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams just opened up on South End which is conveniently a few blocks away from my house (maybe not so convenient for my wallet or waistline, lol)! It’s the cutest little shop both inside and out and it smells like waffle cone goodness inside. When something new comes to Charlotte, we ALL get excited about it and this has been evident with lines wrapping around the building. Ryan & I both have huge sweet tooths (teeth?) and were both impressed with the ice cream.
The ice cream is truly some of the best I’ve ever had and I love that they have some unique flavors. My favorites are Brambleberry Crisp (the one pictured here), Frosé sorbet, and Wildberry Lavender. Two “half scoops” run you $5 and they sell pints there but they are $12… yikes! Do yourself a favor and get those at Publix instead where they run you about $8.
Summer may be wrapping up but it’s still pretty hot around here so there is still plenty of time to wear your favorite Lilly prints- I have worn this two-piece set so many times since I bought it back in March. I can’t get enough of the purple print and pom-poms! I have also had these nude wedges on repeat, y’all know I love a good neutral shoe and these are currently on sale for 30% off! What’s your opinion of Lilly- love it or hate it?! Personally, I think the bright colors and fun prints are a major mood booster- I can’t help but be happy when I wear it!
