Hooray it’s Friday!! Y’all, it has been a c-r-a-z-y week. My training at my new job has been going well but this week I had some of my busiest days. Two 14-hour shifts and I’ll be back tomorrow so I’m takin full advantage of this Friday to relax. Today I’m sharing another festive look with you guys featuring this fun metallic midi skirt (that happens to be under $40!!).

I’ve been known to wear pleats a time or two (here and here) and just love how feminine I feel when wearing one of these flowy numbers. And ASOS is always my go-to when I need a fun skirt. They have a huge selection and you can’t beat the prices. Metallic midis are everywhere for the holiday season and I love how you can easily dress them up or down.

I paired mine with a subtly metallic cold-shoulder tee and added a pop of navy with my super fun heels and tassel earrings. I just got these in from BaubleBar and highly recommend. A lot of their bigger statement earrings are heavy and tend to weigh down the earlobes but these are big yet super light. I’m a fan!

And this little velvet clutch… can we talk about how stinking cute it is?!? I’m all about the velvet these days and this is an easy way to incorporate the trend into your every day look. I shared it a few weeks ago on my holiday gift guide for her– it’s only $35 and comes in 3 colors!

Today’s agenda includes lunch with a PA school friend, a showing of our condo, a workout (hopefully at some point), and lots of R&R. But what I’m REALLY excited for is getting to see The Nutcracker ballet on Sunday!!! Me and two of my friends are getting brunch before and making a little girls day out of it.
