Hi, friends! As a new mom, I have been embracing all things baby and have accumulated a fair share of baby gear around the house. Sometimes it can be hard to decide which products you actually need and today I’m sharing a few of the products I have been loving from The Boppy Company. All of these items have helped Ryan & I to adjust to life with a new baby. Every day is a new adventure and we’ve loved adding these products into our daily routine!
Porter James | 2 Months
Porter turned 2 months old on Sunday and I can’t believe how much he’s already grown! It’s crazy to look back on the photos of his first few weeks and see how small he was- I’m sharing a few highlights from his 2nd month in today’s post.
Porter’s Newborn Photos
Getting newborn photos taken in Porter’s nursery was something I looked forward to for months and in light of everything going on, I am SO grateful that we were able to make these happen. Ryan & I will treasure these photos forever and cannot wait to hang them on the walls of our home. Porter- you are our first baby and we might be biased, but you are the cutest thing ever and we are so happy to be a family of three!

Pool & Backyard Update
With the exception of the nursery, home decor projects have been a little slow BUT I’m happy to say that our backyard is finally finished! Sharing a bit of our process and some before & after photos in today’s post!
Porter’s Baby Boy Nursery Reveal
I am SO very excited to finally share Porter’s baby boy nursery with you all! I had most of it done before he was born but was still waiting on some more pieces to arrive and to add some finishing touches. Thankfully I got everything done the first week he was home with the help of Ryan & his mom. When we designed this house we always knew this room would be the nursery, it’s actually where I first told Ryan I was pregnant when it was under construction! I wanted the space to be calming and fit for a baby, but still sophisticated and timeless. I am so happy with how it turned out and will share more bits about the design in today’s post. Also- I will be sharing Porter’s newborn photos next week!
