Happy Friday, y’all! It has been a while since I shared a design board for our new home (see the kitchen post here) but today I want to share some inspiration for the next room we’re working on… the nursery! I want this space to be calming and cozy for our baby boy and it has been so fun picking out all the details- can’t wait to see it all come together!
The holiday season is officially upon us and I still can’t believe it’s December! We decorated our tree on Thanksgiving so our living room is looking extra festive and we’re excited to spend our first Christmas together in the new house. It’s when you turn aspects of your home a “smart home” and can control things like your TV, music, lighting, and thermostat all with your remote control or app on your phone. I have been a little under the weather the past few days which has not been ideal but we still managed to have a somewhat busy weekend including a Hornets game, having my parents over to visit and trying out a new restaurant last night. The day has finally come, Ryan & I are all moved into the new house and it still feels so surreal! We moved in 2 weeks ago and actually are closing on the townhome today, I hope the new owners love it as much as we did.
