Month 9 with Porter may just be my favorite yet! He’s becoming so smiley and playful but also curious and super mobile. Sharing a few highlights from this month in today’s post!
Weight
We haven’t weighted Porter in a while but I suspect he’s around 17-18 lbs. because his size 2 diapers are getting tight. He’s still wearing 6 or 6-9M clothes.
Likes
Porter loves to clap his hands- he learned how to do it a few weeks ago and it’s the cutest! One day when I went in to wake him from a nap he was sitting up and clapping and it melted my heart. Also loves to have playdates with his guy friends!
Dislikes
Porter had his first runny nose last month and was not a fan of the Nose Frieda… it works like a charm though!
Eating
Porter is loving trying all kinds of new foods. He still eats eggs every morning with me and also loves peanut butter on bananas. He’s still drinking anywhere from 5-8 oz. per bottle, sometimes his appetite can be all over the place.
Sleeping
No change here. He’s still sleeping through the night like a boss and taking 2 naps a day, sometimes with an evening catnap.
Milestones
So many milestones this month! Porter got his first 2 teeth (or toofs as I like to call them) and luckily did fine with the teething process. He also just started pulling to stand and is now pulling up on everything. He also celebrated his first Friendsgiving (our 6th annual) and so exited to include him in all of our traditions!
Omg Porter is such a smiley baby!! Definitely a lot of milestones in this month!

Porter (great name) has the cutest fuzzy wardrobe. And so wonderful that he sleeps through the night and naps, too!
