This weekend we had a little party on our rooftop terrace, one of my favorite things about out townhouse. We love spending evenings out there and this summer we made a few updates to the space which I’m excited to share with y’all today! You can see my original home tour post here. First and foremost, we added a TV! Hanging out up there before was nice, but now we can spend more time out there watching our favorite shows. We also reconfigured our sectional couch for a better TV viewing experience. I wanted to add a pop of color so I added these coral macrame pillows. Another little update was to our string lights. They were a bit droopy before so with the help of Ryan’s dad, we added a cable wire to keep them taut- it looks SO much better!
I went ahead and got a bigger majesty palm this year- some of the branches are a little burnt because it gets SO hot up there, but I’ve been much more diligent with my watering. I would have tons of plants up there if could but finding something that can take all that heat is a struggle.
The piece I was probably most excited to add was the dining set. Eating at the conversation set wasn’t ideal and I wanted a place where we could have friends over for dinner. I had been looking online for months for a table and finally came across THE best deal at target. The table itself is under $150 and the chairs were super affordable as well.

I LOVE all of your home posts and adore your patio! Love that you have a TV outside. Steve and I have talked about what would work for us to add one outside. And loving the dining set! We’re the same way – we have the conversation set but it’s not the easiest to eat at!
